01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and casuno ("casuno," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the casuno online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at casuno.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on casuno, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.
casuno reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
02 Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the casuno Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted;
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of casuno or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from casuno or any other gambling platform in a manner that remains in effect;
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
casuno reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
03 Account Registration
To access real-money games on casuno, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by casuno for identity verification purposes.
One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) casuno account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. casuno employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, casuno reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casuno login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. casuno will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Account Verification (KYC): casuno operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. casuno reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
04 Deposits & Payments
casuno accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your casuno account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. casuno does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. casuno processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱1,000 for bank transfers.
Wagering Requirements: Funds credited as bonuses, free spin winnings, or promotional rewards are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Such funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements.
Withdrawal Verification: casuno reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your casuno account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. casuno reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
casuno offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
General Bonus Conditions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
- casuno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
- In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, casuno's decision shall be final and binding.
07 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the casuno Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the placement of a wager.
Each game available on casuno is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. casuno accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, casuno reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. casuno's decision in such circumstances is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in the event of a malfunction.
Disconnection Policy: casuno is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
08 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casuno Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing casuno staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel;
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
09 Account Suspension & Termination
casuno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
- Identification of a duplicate account associated with the player;
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor;
- A player's own request for self-exclusion under casuno's Responsible Gaming program.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, casuno reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, casuno may forfeit the account balance in its entirety. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their casuno account voluntarily may do so by contacting casuno's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the casuno Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "casuno Content"), is the exclusive property of casuno or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the casuno Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any casuno Content without the prior written consent of casuno.
Any unauthorized use of casuno Content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil and criminal liability.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casuno, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
casuno's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
casuno does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. casuno shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or security breaches beyond casuno's reasonable control.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
casuno collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
casuno complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

13 Responsible Gaming
casuno is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. casuno provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the casuno support team and will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

14 Amendments to These Terms
casuno reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, casuno will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the casuno Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting casuno's support team.
15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and casuno, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or transaction, casuno's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal action is initiated. Dispute resolution requests must be submitted to casuno's support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
