01 Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how casuno ("casuno," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or use the casuno online gaming platform, including the website at casuno.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

02 Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, casuno is the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, casuno determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
casuno has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with the DPA and this Policy. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 16 of this Policy.

07 Data Sharing & Disclosure
casuno does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:
- KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party service providers engaged to verify your identity and age as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations;
- Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment partners, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
- Game software providers: Licensed game developers and platform providers whose games are available on casuno, to the extent necessary for game operation and dispute resolution;
- Fraud prevention and AML service providers: Third-party providers engaged to assist with fraud detection, risk scoring, and anti-money laundering screening;
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order;
- Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and other professional advisers engaged by casuno, subject to professional confidentiality obligations;
- Business successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of casuno's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection commitments.
08 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
casuno uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, maintain session security, and gather analytics data. The following types of cookies are used:

09 Data Retention
casuno retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Policy, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;
- Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the AMLA and applicable PAGCOR regulations;
- Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the gaming session, for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes;
- Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes;
- Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is aggregated or anonymized.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, casuno will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures, unless further retention is required by law.
10 Data Security
casuno implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the casuno Platform;
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive personal data stored in casuno's databases;

Right to Rectification
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data casuno holds about you.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on casuno's legitimate interests.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
Right to Be Informed of Breach
You have the right to be notified if a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, in accordance with NPC notification requirements.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact casuno's Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided in Section 16. casuno will respond to all data rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with prior notice to you.
If you believe that casuno has not handled your personal data in accordance with the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
12 Children's Privacy
The casuno Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling. casuno does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If casuno becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment method. If you believe that a minor has registered on casuno, please contact our support team immediately.
13 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of casuno's third-party service providers — including game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and KYC verification services — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a recipient in a foreign country, casuno ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:

15 Updates to This Privacy Policy
casuno reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, casuno will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the casuno Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
